An end to end repapering solution, from extracting data from old contracts to signing and storing new ones
Manual repapering processes can be slow and costly, and with SmartRepapering these processes can now be automated and executed in a fraction of the time. The product was designed in partnership with iManage and will be released as part of iManage’s new Solution Partner programme.
SmartRepapering allows users to leverage the power of iManage Extract’s AI tool (via a no-code integration) to analyse existing contracts, extract the relevant data points for repapering, then automatically generate the bespoke replacement contracts in Avvoka.
Take advantage of our pre-configured no-code integrations with iManage Work and iManage Extract.
Turn your standard-form repapering contracts into programmed templates on Avvoka and layer in your negotiation playbook.
Leverage the power of RAVN AI to extract data from historic contracts and send the data instantly to Avvoka to populate your pre-configured templates.

Meet Simba! Uttara loves going back home to Singapore to reunite with her gorgeous dog. She misses him loads from London - he'd be the perfect companion for some cold winter cuddles.
Julian's picturesque painting
"Back at school I loved spending time in the art studies, so when lockdown came I had an opportunity to purchase some materials and have a go. Brushing off some cobwebs (quite literally) this is the result. I hope you recognise where it is? (clue: up north)."
Sean's dapper dressing
