Feature Updates
Users can now import new styles from a docx document into an existing template. This allows you to add new docx. styles to your template that were not present in the document when it was originally uploaded to Avvoka.
Clicking on the styles tab now opens a new window showing active and inactive styles - allowing you to manage your styles with ease.
Users can now mass replace styles that are currently being used in the Avvoka template.
Avvoka now has a history log where you will be able to see an overview of every version of a document ever created.
Each time you save a document, a new version of the document will be automatically created. This will be viewable in the history log.
You can now publish templates to make them visible in the Create area, so that users with New document rights can go ahead and start drafting from this template.
Organisation support users can port a template, they now have the option to release a template version to their organisation on demand.

Can we solely rely on financial metrics to assess the use of document automation? This brand new blog post by one of our partners, Echo Legal, expands on the following questions:
Are financial metrics alone the sole primary reason to switch to automation?
How accurately demonstrable are the financial elements for choosing the switch?
What other kinds of benefits exist and how can we measure those?
As well as the great financial benefits document automation can bring, the quality of life is another considerable aspect mentioned that cannot be overlooked when choosing to use document automation.
