With our template round-tripping feature, you can now download your automated templates as a .docx file, edit them offline and upload them again into Avvoka without losing your automation or formatting!
New DocuSign envelopes!
We’re very excited to announce the launch of our new integrated offering with DocuSign, which takes our deal automation to the next level!
We’ve had a DocuSign integration for some time, but this new tool allows lawyers to mass generate thousands of transaction documents on Avvoka and then, based on the deal-specifics provided, intelligently package the documents required for each individual recipient into personalised DocuSign envelopes. It saves tens of hours per deal where there are multiple e-signature recipients!
